SENATE BILL NO. 24 "An Act relating to mental health education;                                                                 
and providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Senator Olson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 1658.                                                              
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 24(FIN) was                                                                           
adopted.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 24(FIN) will                                                                    
advance to third reading on the March 6 calendar.
